Return Requests
Returns may be requested within 14 days after the order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
